The setup of office signage for Oliver James was really simple. After agreeing on the screen locations, the next step was to create these screens within the NowSignage platform. To ensure these multiple screens are easy to maintain and update, each screen has been tagged to enable Oliver James to broadcast generic content to all global screens or send targeted content to a specific region e.g. Hong Kong office, or even specific location e.g. Kitchen screen.
With the ability to broadcast static ads, videos, social media, live YouTube and news content to any office screen at the click of a button, Oliver James can now decide exactly what type of content is more relevant to show based on the screen audience. For example, on the sales floor, the screens may be showing sales metrics and live news feeds, the kitchen screen displaying Instagram pictures from staff nights out, and the reception screen showing corporate branded video content.
